Day 25: Wrist and Hand Stretches

With all the time you're spending pounding away on your computer, your wrists and hands could use some tender loving care.

Wrists

Step 1: Stretch your right arm out in front of you with the palm up.

Step 2: With your left hand, grab your fingers on your right hand and lightly pull them down to stretch your wrist and forearm.

Step 3: Hold for the count of five.

Step 4: Repeat with your left arm.

Step 5: Do three to five on each side.

Hands

Step 1: Make fists with both hands.

Step 2: Extend your fingers and spread them wide apart.

Step 3: Go back to the fist position.

Step 4: Repeat ten times.
