You're probably sick and tired of looking at piles of paper building up higher and higher everywhere you look. But, you can put a package of printer paper to use by doing something good for yourself. Firm up your arms and increase your strength with Printer Paper Lifts.

Step 2: Hold a ream of paper in front of you using both hands.

Step 3: Curl the paper like a weight toward your stomach or lift it up over your head.

Step 4: Repeat twenty times.
