Day 2: Inner Thigh Squeeze

 

This is a great exercise for your inner thighs. You can do it while you're sitting at your desk, but take a much-needed break and stand up to perform the exercise. 

Step 1: Get a plastic bottle and fill it with water. Make sure the lid is on securely!

Step 2: Place the bottle between your thighs, keeping your feet flat on the floor and hips square.

Step 3: Squeeze and hold for five to ten seconds.

Step 4: Repeat ten to twenty times.
