Day 1: Upper Back Stretch

As the day progresses, tension can settle in your upper back. Release that tension in just a few seconds with this simple and effective stretch.

Step 1: Sit at your desk..

Step 2: Extend your arms straight out in front of you.

Step 3: Grab your right wrist with your left hand.

Step 4: Gently pull your arms forward as you round your upper back.

Step 5: Hold the stretch for twenty seconds.

Step 6: Switch sides.
