Clark Schaefer acquires Albright Consulting

Middletown, Ohio-based accounting firm Clark Schaefer Hackett recently has acquired Albright Consulting Inc., of Cincinnati.

Clark Schaefer said the acquisition of Albright moves the firm more strongly into banking risk management and compliance work, according to reports. The group will be led by Jim Conley, leader of the Clark Schaefer Risk Management Service Group.

Clark Schaefer said the acquisition will double the number of financial institutions clients served by the group, and double to six the number of employees working in that sector.
