The integration will enable customers to seamlessly link their Xero and Square account in minutes, allowing transaction data to flow automatically from point-of-sale from Square to back-office accounting software from Xero. Sellers and small businesses can now save time, which was previously spent manually inputting sales.
"With a joint commitment to building beautiful software solutions that are affordable and accessible to small businesses, Xero is thrilled to be a part of Square's software partner platform," Peter Karpas, Xero CEO North America, says. "Like Square, we are always looking at ways of enhancing our existing tools, with time-saving at the heart, so this feels like the perfect partnership."
Small businesses using Xero in the United States will be able to integrate with Square starting April 1.
Xero is beautiful, easy-to-use online accounting software for small businesses and their advisors. The company has over 250,000 paying customers in more than 100 countries around the world.
