Vertex Inc., a leading provider of corporate enterprise tax solutions, announced it has officially achieved Oracle Validated Integration of Vertex O Series 6.0 with the Oracle E-Business Suite Releases 12 and 12.1 through the Oracle Partner Network (OPN) program.
The Oracle Validated Integration program is designed to empower complementary solution providers to develop applications using integration best practices and leverage their integrated products with Oracle's portfolio.
Vertex's integration leverages the Oracle-designed third party tax interface for Oracle E-Business Tax and the Oracle E-Business Suite Releases 12 and 12.1. Vertex O Series provides Oracle E-Business Suite customers with a centralized solution to improve U.S. sales tax management efficiencies and compliance in the Order to Cash and Procure to Pay cycles.

The integration with Vertex O Series is currently implemented with several Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 clients. Additionally, it provides Oracle customers with access to Vertex's reporting and remittance tools to further streamline sales tax compliance processes.
