Firms that want to enroll in Jennifer Katrulya's 2013 BMRG Group Advisory Program (GAP) only have a few weeks left; enrollment is open only until December 28, 2012.
Key benefits to GAP members in 2013 program include a new, intensive two-day training workshop that will be conveniently held on the two days following Joe Woodard's Scaling New Heights, as well as a four-tier program structure, new program content, and quarterly Financial Fitness Peer Group meetings.
Two thousand thirteen also will see the addition of a new online GAP program for participating firms, with significant resources dedicated to help firms grow. In addition, BMRG will soon unveil its GAP Diamond, Platinum, and other sponsors. Details on the online GAP also will be announced soon.
"We took the best practices learned during our 2012 live GAP programs to design our 2013 live program, as well the groundwork for our all-new online offering," says Katrulya. "The bottom line is that firms of all sizes need help in increasing their revenue stream, and improving efficiency and productivity. We're here to help them do just that."
Several of the BMRG GAP initiatives differentiate Katrulya's program from similar providers in the accounting marketplace. These include:
- Quarterly Financial Fitness Peer Group Meetings: Members submit their firm's financial reporting information, and all data is included anonymously in a summarized package for group review. Through this review, members receive critical Key Performance measurements to highlight strengths and weaknesses and keep their practice on track.
- Business Plan Preparation Track: In 2012, Katrulya discovered that many firm business plans weren't up-to-date or relevant or didn't exist at all. As a result, she created a way for firms to meet on a monthly basis, as a group, to focus on creating and/or improving their business plans.
- Three GAP Meetings per Month: GAP groups of 10-15 member firms will meet online via a video interface three times each month. During these meetings, a specific system, tool, template, or resource will be reviewed and explained, with content tailored to the sizes and niches of firms who are on each call.
Working with firms of all sizes, niches and proximity, the 2012-2013 program consists of four tiers: GAP, GAP Plus, GAP Premier, and GAP Platinum, with benefits and cost escalating from one program to the next. The GAP Plus, Premier, and Platinum tiers include a customized, one-on-one advisory meeting with a BMRG Best Practice Advisor.
