The Public Company Accounting Oversight Board announced yesterday the agendas for its upcoming forums for directors and financial executives of small and mid-sized public companies – part of PCAOB’s Forum on Auditing in the Small Business Environment series. The PCAOB program consists of a day-long session for audit firms that audit small public companies, and at certain times throughout the year PCAOB adds on a ‘day-two’ session specifically for directors and financial executives of smaller public companies. The next such sessions for directors and financial executives of smaller public companies will be held Oct. 1 in Chicago, and Oct. 30 in Philadelphia.
Advance registration is required to attend the program, details on agendas and registration information for audit firms as well as directors and financial executives can be found here.
