* IS A GOOD TEACHER-TELLS WHAT TO DO, HOW TO DO IT AND WHY
* RELATES TO STAFF AS A PEER AND A BOSS
* IS HONEST AND SINCERE
* MAKES STAFF FEEL VALUABLE
* BUILDS TRUST IN RELATIONSHIPS
* CHALLENGES STAFF TO GROW
* INVESTS IN STAFF
* EARNS HIS/HER POSITION
* IS OPEN TO CHANGE
* HAS A POSITIVE ATTITUDE
* LEADS BY EXAMPLE

Take the test. Put a check by each attribute you possess. 50% is passing! Post a comment and tell us which attribute you most need to improve and why.
