As a CPA I have been very successful in incubating a number of Technology/Internet companies through my own client base., a Russian internet portal which I helped start has become the largest email service in Russia with over 2m registered users and a market valuation of 80m. The company is scheduled to go public with Deutche Bank in February 2001. I have also helped to form, an Italian efinance company that has
experienced rapid growth since its introduction last October.

I have recently turned my attention to my own profession and the struggles that are being faced by the Small Practioner in coping with a labor shortage and redefining their role in an era of technological change.

Countthebeans and its related CPA organizations believes it is our mission to help the Small Practioner migrate to become the knowledge worker and strategic consultant that the small business community needs.
