The Accounting Onion - Recommended Reading
I'm not sure how I found it now, but The Accounting Onion by Tom Selling is one my favorite financial accounting blogs. Tom writes on a very technical subjects - today's post is on Loan Impairment. I like to think I have a good understanding of things financial accounting, but Tom really seems to get it. I've especially enjoyed his series of posts on the road to convergence between FASB and the IASB.
