There are roughly 8,000 different sales tax jurisdictions in America.
That number is massively larger than I would have guessed. With
the groundswell of interest in watching Washington’s next moves
on payroll taxes, sales taxes and online taxes...it's almost like a
soap opera! Speaking of online taxes, here’s a very interesting
map that's worth a look.
