By Edith Orenstein, FEI Financial Reporting Blog - Former SEC commissioner Joe Grundfest, now of Stanford Law School, and former SEC Corp Fin Director Alan Beller, now of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, are among panelists slated to appear at tomorrow’s SEC Roundtable on Modernizing the Securities and Exchange Commission's Disclosure Systems, which relates to SEC’s 21st Century Disclosure Initiative (we’ll call it “21CDI” ).
