Yesterday I mentioned that I would be sharing some of the key ideas that were generated at last week’s conference for the Association for Accounting Marketing. The speaker at one session I sat in on reported the results of a key study that showed that business owners need to hear something 3.5 times before the message sinks in. This means that firms like yours need to repeat your messages often, using various media channels in order to connect emotionally with your target audience, build awareness, and ultimately generate quality leads.
