Just thinkin' about client service

But the most effective marketing "tool" we've got is our great client service. What really helps us to retain clients and attract new ones is the proactive approach we take to client service, delivering consistently on our promise of excellence. More importantly, we try not to wait for the phone to ring, but rather to reach out to our clients before they call us! While we pride ourselves on quick response time, it is equally as important that we do better than that. Our marketing relies on a foundation of quality service and a proactive philosophy. We are, after all, their mosttrusted advisor!
