What Clients Value
I thought I'd pass along an interesting comment I overheard today: "Clients buy advice."
While that may seem obvious to some, the bottom line is we can all forget sometimes that what our clients most value is our ability to bring them sound, educated, objective advice founded on our experiences and our exposure to the best practices in the business community. Good advice leads to good solutions - and that is the goal we typically have for our clients.
Regardless of what services or products you deliver, let those words serve as a reminder and a guide - clients buy advice!
