This month I’ve talked about some of the details you need to take care of with year-end approaching. While those are important, you should also take a step back and look at the big picture. What is your vision for the future? How will you grow? Do you want to grow?
Remember, everyone’s goals are different. Some small business owners are focused on increasing profits, others are more concerned with maintaining a lifestyle where they can be their own boss.
Ask yourself what’s important to you. If you’re not working towards it, maybe it’s time to switch directions.
Reflect back on the previous year. What mistakes have you made? Are you learning from them? No one is going to grade you. It’s up to you to evaluate yourself.
