Powerful Lesson Learned at AAM Annual Conference
Every year after the Association for Accounting Marketing's (AAM) annual conference, I spend a few weeks relating some of the terrific ideas I have picked up that are appropriate for CPA firms of all sizes. Many of you tell me this is valuable and that you appreciate my sharing new concepts with you.
So, as the conference is fast approaching, I thought it would be a good time to suggest that instead of reading about marketing, perhaps you might consider attending yourself - and learning first hand from top marketers across the country. Pick up ideas, resources, energy and build new relationships!
I hope you will register soon and I encourage you to attend the preconference session that I am co-presenting with Sarah Johnson, Chief Growth Strategist with Inovautus Consulting, as we discuss how to make the most of your marketing mix. From traditional tools, like newsletters and seminars, to the exciting possibilities of social - media, you will be exposed to a practical and realistic approach that any firm can embrace!
Come and say hello.
Sally Glick, CMO, Principal, Marketer of the Year in 2003 and AAM Hall of Famer in 2007, will lead a lively discussion of the constantly expanding roles of marketing and the professional marketers that drive this initiative in accounting firms of all sizes.
