Make Sure You’re Not Paying More for Less
The end of the year is an excellent time to check up on your suppliers. Are you paying more than you need to? Every penny counts when you’re running a small business, so don’t be too lazy to dig into the books.
If you can get more for less, probably time to cut.
- With the onset of Cloud computing and software as a service, you can do things more efficiently for less money these days. Whether that means a customer relationship management tool or doing your payroll online, make sure you’re not doing things the old fashioned way if it’s costing you.
