Stair Steps

Step 1: If you have stairs in your building, walk up and down for 5-10 minutes.

Step 2: If you want more of a workout, take steps two at a time while climbing up.
 
Step 3: If you don't have stairs in your building, march in place or take a brisk walk outside.
