Sage Announces North American Award Winners

Sage North America kicked off its 2012 partner/customer conference event, the Sage Summit Conference, this week in Nashville, Tennessee, with the announcement of the recipients of the 2011-2012 Sage Partner Advantage Awards, acknowledging partners who have earned the highest Net Promoter Scores, embodied the Sage spirit, and exceeded expectations in volunteer service to the community. Sage also presented its Sage Eagle Award to a partner that has most consistently delivered positive customer experiences.

"Throughout the year, these business partners have consistently gone the extra mile to achieve excellence within the channel and their community," said Tom Miller, VP of channel management for Sage. "We thank and congratulate all our Sage Partner Advantage Award recipients for their exceptional service to our customers and their communities!"
 
The prestigious Sage Eagle Award recognizes the partner that delivers the highest level of extraordinary customer experience as measured by top renewal rates and Net Promoter Scores achieved in the Customer Loyalty Program. Sage congratulates Wichita, Kansas-based Professional Software, Inc. for earning the 2011-2012 Sage Eagle award.
 
Gold Coast Advisors, INFOMAN, Inc., Pyramid Consulting, Inc., and Tennessee Software Solutions were awarded the Sage Customer Excellence Award for their participation in the Customer Loyalty Program and achievement for the highest Net Promoter Scores.
 
The Sage Community Service Award acknowledges partners that have excelled in corporate social responsibility by serving their community through volunteerism and charity work. For this, Sage applauds Blytheco and Bredet Services Inc.  
 
Partners who embody the Sage guiding principles of agility, innovation, simplicity, trust, and integrity received the Sage Spirit Award. Sage commends Azamba Consulting Group, Phase One Computing Services, Inc., and Plus Computer Solutions, Ltd. as recipients of the Sage Spirit Award.
 

Sage also announced the winners of its Sage Development Partner Awards for 2012, recognizing partners supporting customers across the Sage portfolio. The Endorsed and OEM Development Partners of the Year and Gold Development Partners of the Year for 2012 are chosen by Sage business partners and Sage business leaders. Sage awarded honors to Sage development partners who have:

  • Successfully delivered solutions that best fit customer and market needs.
  • Actively assisted the Sage channel in closing new Sage solution sales.
  • Significantly helped Sage with customer retention.
  • Maintained a solid reputation for customer satisfaction.
