Low-Impact Jumping Jacks

 

Step 1: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
 
Step 2: Raise your right arm above your head and tap your left toe to the side at the same time. Keep your right foot on the floor.
 
Step 3: Repeat for 1-3 minutes, alternating sides.
