Kudos International Network

Kudos International Network is a new, quality-based, international network of accountancy practices. The network is specifically targeted at small and medium-sized accountancy practices. It has been set up to enable practices that can convince Kudos of their commitment to quality procedures, particularly in relation to audit work, to provide their client base with access to a greater range of resources and services internationally. Member firms must adhere to strict quality procedures that will enhance the service that is provided to their clients.

On joining, member firms will be able to offer businesses with a genuine alternative to large scale international practices and provide access to an extensive range of services on a global basis.

The people behind the network are Michael Scott FCA FCCA and Alun Morgan FCCA, who also run the successful training company PCP Limited. They decided to set up the network after extensive experience of working with firms around the world on improving the quality of their audit work and their compliance with International Standards of Auditing.

Alun Morgan says, "We took the decision to start the network when we started to receive inquiries from the practices we work with internationally, asking us why we did not start our own international network. On talking to a number of other firms we decided that there was significant demand, so we have been working hard over the last twelve months, leading up to the launch to set the network up."

Michael Scott added, "Membership of the network is based on passing and maintaining strict quality standards laid down by the network. Failure to maintain quality will mean removal from the network. Using the services provided by a Kudos member firm gives small and medium-sized enterprises assurance of technical excellence. Combined with the personal service of a smaller firm, we believe Kudos firms provide businesses with high-quality work at a reasonable price."

Further details of the network can be found by visiting the Kudos website or by contacting Karen Fox on + 44 (0) 1639 751083.
