Big data gets the headlines, but your firm’s small data – the little bits of information that keep your firm running – can make all the difference in your day to day operations. Chris Murray of San Francisco-based firm Murray, Stok & Co. shares his firm’s experience using ProSystem fx® Practice Management to manage client information as well as time and billing. This one-hour webinar will explore new ways to get the most from your firm management software – from the initial contact with a potential customer through the invoicing process. We’ll discuss:

  • Bringing in New Clients – Creating a standard process for collecting complete information.
  • Managing Client Relationships – Empowering staff by arming them with as much information as possible.
  • Uncovering New Efficiencies – How paperless billing can benefit your clients as well as your firm.
