Event Date: September 24, 2014, 1 pm ET
In this jam-packed presentation Excel expert David Ringstrom, CPA will give you a crash-course in creating spreadsheet-based dashboards. A dashboard condenses large amounts of data into a compact space, yet enables the end user to easily drill down into details when warranted.
Part of this presentation will focus on using pivot tables. If you're new to pivot tables, or need a refresher, consider watching the free recording of High Impact Excel: Pivot Table Edition beforehand.
David will teach from Excel 2010, but will note differences in Excel 2007 and 2013 where warranted. The Microsoft Query technique that David will utilize is not available in Excel for Mac.
Plan to stick around for the Q&A hour immediately following the presentation. CPE is not available for the Q&A hour, but this serves a way for David to cover several techniques a second time. In addition, you're welcome to ask any questions about Excel during the Q&A hour, even if they don't relate to Dashboards in particular.
