Fuoco Group Merges with Dohan Salum + Company

Fuoco Group LLP announced September 13, 2012, that it has expanded its operations in Miami, Florida, by merging with Dohan Salum + Company CPA, a prominent CPA firm serving the South Florida area. Dohan Salum + Company is widely known for its expertise in providing accounting, tax, consulting, and audit services. 

Steven H. Dohan, CPA, and Irene S. Salum, CPA, have joined Fuoco Group as directors. The combined firms will operate under the Fuoco Group.
 
Having already experienced significant growth in southeastern Florida, Lou J. Fuoco, managing partner of Fuoco Group, commented, "This merger is part of Fuoco Group's plan to develop strong practice niches and expand our geographical reach. It establishes a significant presence for Fuoco Group in the Miami area and increases and adds Steve and Irene's extensive experience to our skill sets."
