Citrin Cooperman, a leading accounting, tax, and business consulting firm, is honored to announce that its Philadelphia office has been named one of the Best Places to Work in Pennsylvania for 2013.
The awards program was created in 2000 and was one of the first statewide programs of its kind in the country. The program is a public-private partnership between Team Pennsylvania Foundation, the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development, the Pennsylvania State Council of the Society for Human Resource Management, and the Central Penn Business Journal.
Best Places to Work in Pennsylvania identifies, recognizes, and honors Pennsylvania's premier employers. Those businesses named among the Best Places to Work benefit the state's economy, its workforce, and its business environment.
Companies from across the state entered the two-part process that determines who will be honored. Part one of the process, worth one-quarter of the total evaluation, examined each entrant based on the company's workplace policies, practices, philosophies, systems, and demographics. Part two of the process consisted of an employee survey that measured the employee experience. The combined scores from these two evaluative efforts determined the top companies and the final ranking.
Citrin Cooperman will be recognized at the banquet on December 5, 2013, at the Lancaster County Convention Center in Lancaster. Rankings will be revealed at the ceremony. Tickets may be purchased online at www.CPBJnow.com/events. For more information regarding the Best Places to Work in Pennsylvania award, visit www.bestplacestoworkinpa.com or contact Jamie Mowery, event coordinator at the Central Penn Business Journal at 717-236-4300 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
