Company Announcements: Week of April 29, 2013

Belfint, Lyons & Shuman, P.A. (BLS), a certified public accounting and consulting firm with offices in Delaware and Pennsylvania, celebrated its ninetieth anniversary. In 1923, Charles I. Belfint created an accounting practice where clients received an interactive and personal approach to accounting and tax advisory. Since then, BLS has been delivering exceptional services through exceptional people, listening to clients, and helping clients manage their changing business and financial needs.

BLS kicked off this milestone celebration on April 15 by holding an early-morning tailgating party at corporate headquarters in the Delle Donne Corporate Center. WDEL was on-site to remotely broadcast their show and BLS had live interviews with Michael T. French, director; Jonathan D. Moll, director; Karly A. Laughlin, senior accountant; and Barry A. Crozier, managing director.

"I am just as proud to be a part of BLS today as I was thirty-four years ago when I started," says Barry A. Crozier, CPA, CGMA, managing director of BLS. "As we celebrate our ninetieth anniversary, we know that we would not be here without our loyal clients, exceptional team members, friends in the community, and the legacy that has been passed down over the years. For that, we thank you!"
