CliftonLarsonAllen and Jenkins & Vojtisek Combine

CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA), ranked as one of the nation's top ten certified public accounting and consulting firms, announced on January 2, 2013, that Jenkins & Vojtisek SC, a certified public accounting firm based in Racine, Wisconsin, has combined with CLA effective January 1, 2013.

"Jenkins & Vojtisek has garnered a strong reputation in the Racine and Kenosha business communities for many years as a result of providing exceptional service to their clients," said CLA Managing Partner for Wisconsin Mark Williams, CPA. "We are very pleased about this opportunity to expand CLA's services in Southeastern Wisconsin."

Seventeen Jenkins & Vojtisek professionals, including partners Steve Jenkins, CPA, and Rick Vojtisek, CPA, will join CLA and remain in their current Racine location. Jenkins has worked with commercial entities since 1985, including local small businesses and Fortune 500 companies throughout North America. He works closely with business clients on tax planning, strategic decision making, budgeting, and accounting system issues. Vojtisek has more than fifteen years of public accounting experience, specializing in accounting, audit, and tax needs for closely held businesses and nonprofit organizations. He also serves as a contract CFO to a wide range of companies in the region.

We're very enthusiastic about joining an organization that so closely aligns with our own."

"The Racine combination represents a perfect fit for CLA," Williams said.
