2013 Day 69: Reaching Upper Back Stretch
Step 1: Stand with your feet slightly apart.
Step 2: Cross your arms with your palms facing downward.
Step 3: Extend your arms out in front of you at shoulder height.
Step 4: Reach forward as far as possible until your shoulders are slightly rounded.
Step 5: Drop your head between your arms.
Step 6: Hold the stretch for 30 seconds.
Step 7: Return to the starting position.
Step 8: Repeat 2-3 times to ensure you have really stretched out your upper back.

Which isn’t completely true. I mean, occasionally I drop by when I manage to sneak out of the nonstop frat party over at Going Concern, but I’m mostly a wallflower over there. I’m happy to say that I’ve been given express permission (or explicit orders, if you like) to wander over here to AccountingWEB more often.
Why is that, you might ask? My job is to replace the irreplaceable Gail Perry as Editor-in-Chief. What does that mean? I don’t really know!
