2013 Day 55: Overhead Reach Stretch

Step 1: Stand up straight with your arms at your sides.
Step 2: Inhale for the count of 5 as you reach up toward the ceiling with both arms. Extend the stretch as far as you can.
Step 3: Exhale and hold the position for the count of 5.
Step 4: Slowly lower your arms.
Step 5: Repeat 2-3 times.
