2013 Day 46: Upper Back Stretch

Step 1: Sit up straight in your chair.
Step 2: Extend your arms straight out in front of you.
Step 3: Grab your right wrist with your left hand.
Step 4: Gently pull your arms forward as you round your upper back.
Step 5: Hold the stretch for twenty seconds.
Step 6: Switch sides and repeat 5 times.
