2013 Day 23: Calf Stretch for Those Long Days
Step 1: Sit with your feet flat on the floor.
Step 2: Lift your heels up as far as you can until only the balls of your feet are touching the floor.
Step 3: Repeat until your legs are comfortably tired.
Step 4: Repeat about 10 minutes later and continue the routine for about an hour or so.
This is a good exercise for those who sit at their computers all day.
Put together your own office fitness routine by reviewing the exercises in our Workplace Fitness Library.
