Goldstein Schechter Koch, P.A. (GSK), a South Florida-based full-service accounting, tax, audit, and consulting firm this week announced a merger with Jeffrey Kramer and his staff.
GSK officials said they are excited to merge the team with their like-minded group, and they look forward to the expertise the merger brings in such capacities as health care, tax, and audit of both commercial and SEC companies.
"This merger fits into the strategic growth plans for GSK and serves as an opportunity for enhancement of our Broward practice and to add additional expertise," said Howard Lucas, GSK partner and CEO.
The new GSK team includes Jeffrey Kramer, CPA, partner; Suzanne Duffy, CPA, senior tax manager;, Steven Holtz, CPA, senior audit manager; and Beth Shapiro, CPA, senior accountant of Kramer Weisman and Associates, LLP.
"We look forward to the additional resources, technology, and strong management this merger offers," Kramer said. "The ability to tap into GSK's abundant resources will allow us to focus 100 percent on my practice and ultimately better serve our clients."
